UHF RFID inventory tracker
Echo and Eureka stand as groundbreaking innovations born from the collaborative efforts of our team participating in NASA's prestigious student outreach program for the Artemis program. Awarded first place in recognition of our ingenuity, we were honored with the opportunity to showcase our creations at the renowned Kennedy Space Center.
Echo represents a crucial shift in object detection technology. Comprising 16 RFID antennas meticulously integrated into a specialized high-frequency switcher circuit, this system boasts unparalleled capabilities in identifying and tracking objects within a 3x3 meter area. Through the implementation of our proprietary code, Echo transforms RFID tag data into a comprehensive heat map, providing general coordinates for targeted objects.
Complementing the capabilities of Echo, Eureka serves as a handheld companion device designed to facilitate precise object localization. Equipped with similar RFID antenna technology, Eureka empowers users to enter specific tag numbers locally, enabling standalone functionality independent of external systems. With its portable design and intuitive interface, Eureka serves as an indispensable tool for expedited and accurate object retrieval.
